UAT Support

(User Acceptance Test)

Testing is required for any new software version or customisation. The service is guaranteed for releases of new versions of XLayers and is offered as an option in case of customizations.

C Consulting supports its clients by a modular offer which is developed through test plan analysis/design and environment preparation all the way up to the completion of the project.

Change Request

Reinsurance can change radically with each renewal and new rules can be introduced at any time.

It’s a multi-channel support service, directly managed by C Consulting for providing solutions to any potential questions on XLayers use/functionality and/or on how to activate certain reinsurance processes. User requests are handled through a dedicated web platform.
