C Consulting promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, integrity, and transparency. In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, the Company provides a whistleblowing system that allows for the confidential and protected reporting of behaviors, acts, or omissions that may constitute violations of national or European Union regulations, the Code of Ethics, or internal corporate procedures.

1. Who can submit a report

Reports can be submitted by:

employees
collaborators
consultants
suppliers
business partners
job applicants
former employees
any individual holding a professional relationship with the Company

2. What can be reported

Reports may concern behaviors, acts, or omissions related to:
violations of law
fraud or irregularities

violations of law
fraud or irregularities
corruption or conflicts of interest
violations of the Code of Ethics
violations of internal procedures
conduct harmful to the public interest or to the integrity of the Company

Non-whistleblowing grievances or complaints of an exclusively personal nature fall outside the scope of whistleblowing.

4. Confidentiality and Protection of the Whistleblower

C Consulting guarantees maximum confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower, the persons involved, and the content of the report.

The Company strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, discrimination, or penalisation against anyone making a report in good faith.

Reports will be managed in compliance with applicable legislation and the principles of impartiality and personal data protection.
