Sequences

In XLayers the Agreement sequences are structures that connects multiple Agreements as if they were one, creating a natural continuation from one to the other. They are used in situations where Agreements have been included in XLayers (often data having been migrated from previous programs) as separate annual structures. By using sequences, it is possible to communicate to the application that in reality the various agreements represent an ideal line of temporal continuity of a single Agreement.
This allows the user to manage Reinsurance plans with mixed functions (e.g. Accounting Year / Underwriting Year).
