Maintenance

The service includes both the update of all legislative modifications required by the monitoring and supervisory bodies of the Client’s country as well as corrective and evolutionary maintenance.

Accounting Closing Support

Periodic accounting closing have deadlines and timelines that must be strictly followed.

Technical Support

C Consulting has a team of experts ready to support Users for solving problems of technical/application nature, both during the start-up phase and after the project release. This service can be provided either remotely or at the Company’s premises.

Helpdesk

It’s a multi-channel support service, directly managed by C Consulting for providing solutions to any potential questions on XLayers use/functionality and/or on how to activate certain reinsurance processes. User requests are handled through a dedicated web platform.
