It represents an event that involves one or more individual claims from different policies that can be managed in the Reinsurance Sector as a single claim that „adds“ or „accumulates“ the amounts that are ceded (typically to Non-Proportional Treaties) by comparing the accumulative amount with the contractual limits set.
